Product Features (INCEASING GEAR BOX)

  • Introduction of advanced technologies such as AGMA 2001-B88 and Design & Drawing using ACAD r12 ~ r14

  • Precision tooth grinding (JIS 1 Grade, Tip Relife, Pinion Crowning) of internal parts (Pinion & Gear)

  • After tooth grinding, precise inspection of Involute Profile, Lead, Pitch, Runout, etc. is performed on the Gear Testing M/C to maintain accurate Gear Contact.

  • Cooling Oil is supplied separately to provide proper lubrication and temperature rise control to gears and bearings.

  • Attaching an inspection window makes it easy to check the internal condition when opening the case.

  • Shaft Cr-Plating and Double Seal Use to Prevent Oil Leakage and Install Grease Inlet
